Under normal circumstances dried copra can be further robbed off its moisture using a roaster. Ordinary copra drying systems employ a method by which the moisture content can only be brought down to 2.5 %. But by using the method employed our product, the Copra Cooker (Copra Roaster), the copra can be demoisturised to 0.1% and can be using a special evacuation technology. The dust and other granulated particles are also removed. This ensures that the oil produced does not grow rancid even when stored for fairly long time. Besides, it guarantees the fragrance, color, perfume and the shelf life of the oil highly unique. This makes it apt for hair oil soap and other cosmetic products of premium quality and for edible purposes.
There is a range of models for the Copra Cooker. Single Stage Automatic Copra Cooker, Double Stage Automatic Copra Cooker, Three Stage Automatic Copra Cooker and Multi-cylindrical Automatic Copra Cooker are to name a few. There are models with semi-automatic and fully-automatic systems. In multi stage Copra Cookers the copra is roasted in different stages, ensuring maximum output. The Three Stage Cooker design was precedent by Single Stage and Double Stage Cookers. Around 75 units picked from this array are deployed in various coconut oil mills in India namely Kerala, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andra Pradesh and Maharashtra. Still the demand is overwhelming. In recent days the company received enquiries from Belgium and Netherlands. The units can handle 1000-1400 Kg (Kilogram) of copra per hour. The Copra Cooker enables double productivity of any existing copra- crushing unit thereby providing great economy of energy, labor, time and money. The coconut oil thus produced is priced 7% - 8% more than the ordinary coconut oil. This design is the outcome of research and refinement over the past 35 years.
